Purpose of collecting personal data


The personal data collected through contact forms is used to respond to information requests and to communicate commercial offers to customers and prospects.


The personal data collected through the Google Analytics audience tracking tool is used to analyze user behavior on the site. Google Analytics uses third-party cookies to distinguish users. Cookies are text files installed on users’ terminals. They do not contain any nominative information, only randomly created identifiers. By browsing the site, the user expressly agrees that the personal data collected by Google Analytics will be processed for the purpose of analyzing user behavior to improve site performance.

Retention Period

The personal data collected via forms is retained for a period of 3 years from the submission of the form. The cookies used by the Google Analytics audience measurement tool have a retention period defined in Google’s legal notices.

Data Confidentiality

The personal data concerning you and collected by the site is solely intended for International Sublobar Conference and will only be used as part of the request explicitly stated via the form. In no case will the personal data entered and sent via the forms be transmitted, rented, or sold to third parties.

The hosting servers for the site are exclusively located in France, within the European Union. International Sublobar Conference commits to not transferring personal data to a state outside the European Community.

The site is hosted on secure servers from O2switch. All pages and landing pages are in secure HTTPS, TLS mode.
